Pharmacosmos engages Google LLC and Microsoft that will have access to and process your personal data. If such third party services providers process your personal data outside of the EU/EEA, such transfer of personal data will either be subject to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. You can request a copy of the agreement covering the transfer of personal data by contacting Pharmacosmos’ data protection officer on dataprotection@pharmacosmos.com.
Please be informed that the level of data protection as currently applied and enforced in countries outside the European Union does not conform to the level of data protection for personal data currently applied and enforced within the European Union. The transfer of data between Pharmacosmos Group entities will be based on Binding Corporate Rules.

This includes the right to demand disclosure of the personal data relating to your person and stored with us as well as the right to correction, deletion and limitation of the processing of these data and to object to the processing.
